Father's Day

We had a great Father's Day.  After bringing Ronnie breakfast in bed, we went to church (where Ronnie had to stand up and be acknowledged as a father), and then over to Nana and Papa's house for a nice swim.  Pop Pop took Gavin in the pool for his first swim of the summer.  He loved the water!!  He splashed around so much.   We also gave Brayden and Landon their belated birthday gift-- a pint-sized 4-wheeler!  So much fun!  They love to drive it, and both of them are improving in their maneuvering skills.  Thank you to all who contributed to the gift.  They love it!

On a serious note, I wanted to thank both Ronnie and my dad for being terrific fathers.

Ronnie, you are so good with the boys.  You love them, guide them and instruct them, and set a great example of a manly, godly role model.  I know they are so proud to have you as a daddy!  We love you!

Pop Pop, thank you for your involvement in the boys lives.  They love you to pieces and truly enjoy spending time with you.  Thank you for your patience in teaching them and playing with them.  We love you!
